Be sure to include all the relevant details about size, colour, type, quantity, etc. with your order. You will also need to make sure your order is described in sufficient detail so that I can give you the best possible service.

If you are requesting a special order (something not listed on this site) please see the instructions on the special order page. All crafts displayed on this site can be customizable to suit your needs.

Shipping and Handling

All products are subject to a shipping and handling fee.

minimum $5.00.
Most items cost $10.00 to ship.
Shipping is more for heavier and bulkier items.

Unless specified, shipping will be by Canada Post. Please contact me for an estimated cost for shipping before placing your order.

Payment Options

Once you've placed your order, I will confirm the cost, including shipping & handling by return e-mail. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

There are two payment options:

Money orders (payable in Canadian dollars) provide a safer transaction for both parties and ensure that we can ship your order sooner.
Certified cheques (checks) drawn on Canadian banks.

Your order will be shipped as soon as it is completed.

Payments in Non-Canadian Currencies

We regret that we cannot accept non-certified cheques or those drawn on non-Canadian banks due to the potential for fraud and the difficulties of international financial transactions.

Alternative Payments

Alternative payment methods (such as PayPal® through a third-party account) will need approval before your order is placed.
