Because all crafts displayed on this site can be customizable to suit your needs, all orders are essentially "special" orders.

If you don't see what you're looking for, why don't you describing what you want? I can probably make exactly what you are looking for but I will need a very detailed description of the product including all the special features you're looking for.

Shipping and Handling

All products are subject to a shipping and handling fee.

minimum $5.00.
Most items cost $10.00 to ship.
Shipping is more for heavier and bulkier items.

Unless specified, shipping will be by Canada Post. Please contact me for an estimated cost for shipping before placing your order.

Payment Options

Once you've placed your order, I will confirm the cost, including shipping & handling by return e-mail. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

There are two payment options:

Money orders (payable in Canadian dollars) provide a safer transaction for both parties and ensure that we can ship your order sooner.
Certified cheques (checks) drawn on Canadian banks.

Your order will be shipped as soon as it is completed.

Payments in Non-Canadian Currencies

We regret that we cannot accept non-certified cheques or those drawn on non-Canadian banks due to the potential for fraud and the difficulties of international financial transactions.

Alternative Payments

Alternative payment methods (such as PayPal® through my husband's account) will need approval before your order is placed.

Security of Your Information

The information you enter on the CraftGal order form will be sent via e-mail directly to CraftGal. Your information will not be shared with anyone.
