If you wish to order something that you do not see on this site, I can probably make exactly what you are looking for but I will need a very detailed description of the product including all the special features you are looking for.
Supplementing the Order Form
- You can still use the order form but you will need to send and additional information that is missing in the order form .
- You might find it easier to with the entire special order.
Include Contact Information
Please include your contact information in your e-mail whether you are sending the entire order or supplementing the Order Form information.
Please include this contact & shipping information in your e-mail:
- Name
- Postal Address
- City
- Province/State
- Postal/Zip Code
- Country
- Phone (including area code)
This ensures that your order is kept together and that I have the means to contact you if I need additional information.
Describe Your Project in Detail
Please describe the product you desire in your e-mail, including these details:
- Product Description (give complete details)
- Quantity desired
- Size (if applicable)
- Colour (if applicable)
- Type (quilted, x-stitch, etc.)
- Other Details (any other requirements not mentioned elsewhere)
Be sure to include all the relevant details with your order and make sure your order is described in sufficient detail so that I can give you the best possible service.
Payment & Delivery
I will confirm the availability of the item, the estimated shipping date and the estimated total cost by return e-mail. Some materials may need to be specially ordered.
Shipping Costs
You might want to review the shipping and handling information at the bottom of the Order Form page. I will confirm the availability of the item, the estimated shipping date and the estimated total cost.
The total cost of shipping will not be known for larger and bulkier items until they are completed, but I can estimate the cost.
Payment Options
The various payment options are listed at the bottom of the Order Form page.
In some cases I may require an advance for special orders. All orders must be paid for before shipping.
